Position Overview: Massage Therapist

As a Massage Therapist at PhysioLinks, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and registered massage therapists. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional massage therapy services to our diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and promoting overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients' individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide a variety of massage therapy techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and trigger point therapy, to address clients' specific concerns and goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and billing information.
• Stay informed about current research, trends, and developments in massage therapy practice and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification from a recognized massage therapy program.
• Active registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
